Here are the drivers for each team on each day of the 2023 preseason testing in Bahrain as the drivers get ready to hit the racetrack.
Testing for the upcoming season will begin in Bahrain, and Formula 1 teams will learn what may be in store for them in 2023.
From Thursday, February 23 through Saturday, February 25, there are three days of racing with vehicles on the circuit for eight and a half hours each day, barring any accidents or flags that may appear.
Due to the short amount of testing, each racer will only get 1.5 days in the car prior to the first race, which will take place at the Sakhir track on March 5th, one week later. George Russell and Fernando Alonso are both unimpressed with it.
Together with rookies Oscar Piastri, Logan Sargeant, and Nyck de Vries, 19 of the normal racers are scheduled to plow over the 3.3-mile circuit.
Lance Stroll from Aston Martin is the sole racer who won’t be participating since he was hurt in a bicycle accident and won’t be ready in time. In his place, Felipe Drugovich, the third driver and current Formula 2 winner, will work alongside Alonso.
