Kevin Magnussen’s FP1 session in Saudi Arabia could be called off early due to a hydraulic failure at Haas.

HAAS

After only a few circuits in first practise for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Haas was required to stop Kevin Magnussen’s drive.

As he reached the start-finish straight, the Danish driver was advised not to change gear, and his technicians urged him to return to the pit lane right away.

Magnussen then climbed out of his car and waited for his engineers to investigate the situation.

According to the crew, the car has a hydraulic leak, and they will most likely have to repair the radiator on his car, perhaps ending his session.

Haas is plagued by hydraulic troubles once again

It follows after Haas had hydraulic problems throughout the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend, including during qualifying.

By race day, the issues had been resolved, with Mick Schumacher finishing 12th and Magnussen taking an amazing fifth place.

Haas will be hoping to establish that they are still the midfield leaders this weekend at a racetrack that is significantly different from Bahrain.
