First on-track appearance for the Mercedes W15 F1 car

Mercedes unveiled the W15 earlier this week in an effort to bridge the gap with Red Bull this season. Watch the automobile as it makes its track premiere below.

After being unveiled on Wednesday, the Mercedes W15 made its on-track premiere at Silverstone Circuit with a shakedown lap.

George Russell, a teammate, and seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton will drive the vehicle.

But before he moves to Ferrari for the upcoming season, it will be Hamilton’s last Mercedes he drives in the Formula One Championship.
