Rally racer left in tears after a serious accident

Strong emotions can be provoked by sports, as teenage rally driver Oliver Solberg found after suffering a severe injury in the Rally Finland.

Oliver Solberg, the rally driver, was noticeably upset following a severe shunt during the Rally Finland’s first stage.

Solberg broke down in tears as he described what went wrong after the Hyundai racer rolled at the first corner, despite the fact that neither he nor co-driver Elliott Edmondson were hurt.

The car’s damage meant that the Norwegian racer would not be capable of continuing.
